What is an AI transformation partner?+
It is strategic, practical support for making AI useful across your business. I help you get clear on the work, choose the right opportunities, set sensible rules, train your people and build the capability to use AI well. For larger engagements, I can also bring in specialist expertise from the SHE IS AI global network.
What is a personalised AI OS?+
Your AI operating system is the connected way your people, workflows, knowledge, standards and AI tools work together. Personalised means it is designed around your brain, your business and your team, rather than copied from someone else’s tool stack.
What happens in an AI Strategy Power Hour?+
We use 60 focused minutes to untangle what is happening now, brainstorm the strongest AI opportunities and decide what should come first. You leave with clearer priorities and practical next steps. The investment is NZ$150.
Will you build a workflow during the Power Hour?+
No. The Power Hour is a strategy and brainstorming session, not an implementation sprint. If a workflow or build is the right next move, I will scope that separately so it can be done properly.
Do you provide AI training across New Zealand?+
Yes. I deliver practical AI workshops, in-house training and leadership sessions nationwide, both in person and online. I am based in Ōmokoroa in the Bay of Plenty and regularly work with teams across New Zealand.
Do we need to know which AI tools we want?+
Not at all. We start with the work, the people and the result you need. Tools come later, once we know what will genuinely help and what does not need automating.
Can you work with the systems we already use?+
Usually, yes. I look first at your existing platforms, knowledge and workflows. The goal is a usable system your team can sustain, not another pile of disconnected subscriptions.
How do you approach privacy and ethical AI?+
Privacy, governance and human judgement are designed in from the beginning. We decide what AI should do, what it should never do, how information is handled and where a person must remain accountable.
Who do you work best with?+
Professional services businesses whose value lives in advice, ideas, relationships, documents, content or education. That includes agencies, real estate teams, consultants, advisors, educators and other expert-led firms.
